Mike and Karleigh, your hosts, have a deep connection to beautiful Southampton, Ontario, in Bruce County. Mike spent his childhood summers exploring this charming lakeside town, swimming in Lake Huron and building lasting memories with family. And now we spend time with our two young children collecting treasures on the beach and enjoying all the area has to offer.

Family-Friendly: We understand the unique needs of families and our cottage is equipped to make everyone feel comfortable. From a pack-and-play to board games and outdoor toys, every amenity you need is included.
Location, Location, Location: Situated at the south edge of town, our cottage is across the street from the South Street beach access. A short drive to shops, restaurants and local attractions. You'll have the best of both worlds: easy access to everything Southampton offers, while enjoying a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Getting Around
Southampton is a springboard for your family vacation. A short drive to the Bruce Trail and the Bruce Peninsula - day trip to picturesque Tobermory. Visit MacGregor Point Provincial Park or canoe the beautiful Saugeen River. Stroll Southampton's main street linked with artisan boutique shops, paired with plenty of dining options.

Additional Notes
Our cottage was built in the 50's but has been entirely renovated inside to suit your needs. We have air conditioning available in the main living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms to keep you comfortable during your stay.
The cottage comes equipped with a large outdoor firepit and chairs and we provide firewood for our guests. Please be aware that you may see the odd bug inside with the opening of doors, this is unavoidable.
Also, we have neighbours, please be respectful as we value those relationships.
